Important Notice: Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been processed through our secure payment gateway, we are strictly unable to accept any requests for returns, exchanges, refunds, or order cancellations. This applies to all products listed on our website without exception, regardless of whether the product has been opened or remains in its original sealed packaging.
We understand that this policy may seem strict, but it is implemented to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and customer safety. The intimate nature of our products means that once an item leaves our facility, we cannot verify its condition or handling, which is why we cannot accept returns under normal circumstances.

Taking a few extra minutes to double-check your selections can save you from any inconvenience later.

3. Limited Exceptions & Eligibility Criteria
While our general policy maintains that all sales are final, we recognize that there may be rare instances where issues occur that are beyond the customer's control. In such exceptional cases, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis and may consider providing assistance under the following strictly limited circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is visibly damaged upon arrival or contains a manufacturing defect that affects its functionality or safety, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. The damage must be clearly documented and must have occurred during shipping or manufacturing, not from customer handling.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive a product that is completely different from what you ordered (wrong product entirely, not just a variation), we will work with you to resolve the issue by sending the correct item or providing an appropriate remedy.
Mandatory Reporting Requirements: To be considered for any exception, you must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Reports submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for consideration. When contacting us, you must provide clear, high-resolution photographic evidence showing the issue, including images of the product, original packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage or defects. Our team will thoroughly review your submission and respond within 2-3 business days with our determination.
4. Situations Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds
To maintain transparency and set clear expectations, the following situations are explicitly not covered under any circumstances and do not qualify for returns, exchanges, refunds, or any form of compensation: change of mind, buyer's remorse, or deciding you no longer want the product after purchase; ordering the wrong size, color, variant, or product by mistake; product does not meet personal expectations, preferences, or perceived quality standards; incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer resulting in non-delivery; package unclaimed, refused, or returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts; products that have been opened, used, tested, tampered with, or removed from original packaging; delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other external factors; products purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes applied; dissatisfaction with product performance or results when used as intended; and allergic reactions or sensitivities to product materials (please review ingredients and materials before purchase).
5. Order Processing & Cancellation Window
We pride ourselves on fast and efficient order processing. Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment queue immediately. Due to our streamlined processing system, orders typically begin preparation within minutes of being received. As a result, there is an extremely limited window for any modifications or cancellations.
If you realize you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made once an order is submitted, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the shipping preparation phase. Once an order has been packed or handed over to our shipping partners, absolutely no changes or cancellations can be processed.
